As
one of Hilton Head's older beach communities, this "off-Plantation",
non-gated, mid-Island neighborhood enjoys close proximity
to Folly Field Beach as well as the Islander's Beach Park.
The park only allows car parking for autos with an Islander's
Beach parking permit and features a playground, picnic area
and boardwalk to the beach. Folly Field is also home to
the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, Sea Cloisters oceanfront
condominiums, Stone's Throw and Fiddler's Cove ocean oriented
condominiums, and the long-standing, oceanfront treasure
known as The Island Club.
