Pines was the first gated community developed on Hilton
Head Island. This 5,000 acre, world class, environmentally

south end of the Island. There is much to do in Sea Pines

the famed Harbour Town Golf Links where the The Heritage

The 600 acre Forest Preserve includes wonderful nature trails,

landmark red & white striped Harbour Town Lighthouse,
built in 1969 to aid boats traveling on the Calibogue Sound.
