Shipyard
Plantation is a planned community located between Palmetto
Dunes and Sea Pines on the south end of the Island. It offers
a bevy of activities including 27 championship caliber golf
holes, recognized as some of the best in the country by
the Senior PGA Tour. The Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Resort,
with its 20 championship courts, is ranked by Tennis Magazine
among the top 50 in the United States. Residents and guests
